I recognize the feeling of powerlessness. I'm glad you quit -- while pointing out to Tim he can't fire someone who PAYS to work in that club. I'm so glad I got out of the business before the owners figured they could make us pay THEM to work. Some of the owners were nice, but most of them were like your Tim and it's adding insult to injury when you have to PAY and take abuse as well. Good for you for walking out. Good for the man with the coat for seeing past the clothing, or lack thereof, to the person. Doesn't happen often. Hope the story finds it's way to him somehow.... What a horrific night.
